Nõmme Low Brass Days will come again on 3-5 March 2023!

It is a pleasure to invite all low brass instruments players to the Nõmme Low Brass Days!
On this occasion, the lecturers are:
Toomas Vana – trombone (Estonian National Opera)
Ivar Kiiv – euphonium/trombone (Estonian National Opera)
Karl Abro – euphonium/trombone (Nõmme Music School)
Aigar Kostabi – alto horn/euphonium (Nõmme Music School)
Toomas Paiste – euphonium/trombone (Nõmme Music School)
Madis Vilgats – tuba (Estonian National Symphony Orchestra, Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre)
Each participant gets two individual lessons, plus group lessons and orchestra.
If there is a definite desire to receive lessons from a specific teacher or teachers, it is definitely worth mentioning this when registering.
NB! When places are filled, early registrants will receive individual lessons from the desired teachers!
Meeli Ots will accompany all participants on the piano.
The orchestras are guided by Bert Langeler, Valdo Rüütelmaa, Aigar Kostabi and Mart Aus.
The opening of Nõmme Low Brass Days will take place on Friday, March 3, at 12:45 p.m. After the opening, the study begins.
The concerts will take place on Friday and Saturday evening – we will announce the performers later.
On Sunday at 14:00, the final concert of Nõmme Low Brass Days will be held, where the participants of the festival will perform.
The participation fee is 25 euros and includes participation on all days of the festival. For those who do not have the opportunity to participate on all three days, we offer the opportunity to participate only in individual lessons on Friday or Saturday, in which case the participation fee is 15 euros per day.
We do not provide catering. Near the Nõmme Music School there are 3-4 eateries and a shop.
It is possible to overnight at the music school – bring a mattress, sleeping bag, etc.
The participation fee can be paid on the spot in cash or, if desired, by invoice.
